I had just switched banks, knew I needed to fight for my rights, but had no idea where to start. When my colleague recommended Mr. Bernardino, I thought: Wow\u2026 I\u2019m in Santo Andr\u00e9\/SP, and I\u2019m going to hire a lawyer from Recife?! We exchanged phone numbers, WhatsApp messages, and Mr. Bernardino promptly arranged a date for us to meet in ABC\/SP. It was a two-hour meeting where he answered all my questions and gathered the necessary information. I had no doubt that he knew A LOT about my specific field in banking, and he was exactly what I needed. We filed the lawsuit in July 2016, with a hearing held in August of the same year. There were many WhatsApp messages and calls until, during the hearing, Mr. Bernardino secured an excellent settlement for me, as my intention was not to prolong the case any further. I expected amount X, but Mr. Bernardino secured 3X. I am extremely happy\u2014everyone I talk to can\u2019t believe I got such an amount, considering my time at the bank was very short, and the amount in dispute pleasantly surprised me.
